Bliss Meet Privacy Policy

Welcome to the Bliss Meet Privacy Policy (“Policy”)! This document explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information, and with whom we may share it. When you use the Bliss Meet mobile application (“App”), we collect some information about you. You may also use the App to share information with other users, including your friends and contacts (“Users”). Sometimes, we may also need to share your information.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

When you download the App and create an account (“Account”), we collect certain information (“Registration Information”) about you, such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Photos
  • Interests
  • Location

You will also need to create a password during registration. After registering, you can modify your information at any time via your profile settings, except for your name, email address, date of birth, and gender.

This information helps us enhance the Bliss Meet experience and identify Users. Some of this Registration Information, like your username and age, may be visible on your public profile.

2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We may request your full name, address, or email for purposes such as loyalty programs or sending gifts.

If you contact Customer Support, we will receive your email and the information you provide to help resolve your issue. We also retain records of our interactions with you, including complaints submitted by or about you.

We strongly encourage users to consider carefully what information they provide. We discourage sharing sensitive data such as full names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, credit card numbers, or other personal identifiers.

Photos you upload may also reveal information about you. If you choose to provide sensitive information, you consent to it being visible to other users.

Information you publish or send through messages is your responsibility. For more about visibility, see Section 4.

To ensure safety and optimal user experience, we may request phone number verification. This helps prevent fake accounts and protects the community.

Bliss Meet may block accounts as a preventative measure if Terms of Use violations are detected.

If you purchase premium services, we will process your payment data and retain it for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

With your consent, we may send you promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support@blissmeet.app.

3. ACCOUNT DELETION

Bliss Meet encourages authenticity. Users without a clear photo of themselves will receive a warning and must update their profile within 3 days, or the account will be removed.

We reserve the right to delete accounts without prior notice. Deleted users permanently lose the right to register again.

4. DATA STORAGE

By using Bliss Meet, you acknowledge the app operates globally through servers located in various regions, including Lithuania. Your data may not be protected under the same regulations as in your home country.

5. LOCATION INFORMATION

If location services are enabled, we may collect your coordinates to offer location-based features. You may disable this via:

  • iPhone: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > BlissMeet
  • Android: Settings > Location > BlissMeet > Permissions > Location

6. LOGIN AND USAGE DATA

We retain your personal data as long as necessary for legal or business purposes, including:

  • Legal compliance
  • Resolving complaints or disputes
  • Preventing abuse or fraud (e.g., blocking malicious accounts)

7. DEVICE INFORMATION

We may collect information about your device such as device ID, model, OS version, and MAC address.

8. LINKS

We may track link activity and share summary data, such as the number of clicks.

9. COOKIES

Cookies are small data files that store information about your visits to enhance functionality. Disabling cookies may affect your experience.

12. WHAT OTHERS MAY SEE

Your profile, photos, messages, and shared content may be publicly visible. Be cautious about what you share.

Deleted profiles cannot be restored. To rejoin, you must register anew. We retain certain data to prevent abuse or re-registration under false pretenses.

Note: Deleted data may still appear in backups or have been copied by others or search engines.

13. AGE POLICY

Users must be 18+ to use Bliss Meet. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Such accounts will be deleted, and related data (email, IP) may be retained to prevent re-registration.

14. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Policy periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, always available at: http://blissmeet.app/privacy-policy

15. SECURITY

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards (e.g., firewalls) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

  • Always log out after use
  • Never share your password
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

17. ABOUT US

This Policy and your access to Bliss Meet are governed by Lithuanian law and EU regulations. By using the service, you accept exclusive jurisdiction of EU courts. In case of conflict, the Lithuanian version of this Policy prevails.

18. DIRECT MARKETING CONSENT

By agreeing to the Terms, you also consent to us contacting you via email, SMS, or other methods for direct marketing purposes.
